Karen Willette
Karen Willette is the Director of Asset Management for 4 Points Development and provides analytic and organizational management support for our clients diversified real estate investments, specific to multifamily housing portfolios. Karen builds productive relationships with clients to coordinate lease packages and property management for their real estate assets.
Prior to 4 Points Development, Karen spent 10 years with Columbus City Schools as a Master Teacher and reading interventionist. Karen also has owned and operated a private preschool in downtown Columbus.

Karen holds a Bachelors of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University and a Masters of Art in Education Theory and Practice from The Ohio State University. Karen is a native of Columbus, Ohio. Her first career was a teacher with the Columbus City School district where she taught for 16 years. In her life, she has raised her 3 children, directed a preschool, served on numerous volunteer boards, and now works alongside her husband at 4 Points. Something you might not know about her is that she is an avid reader, and that after leading her children through hockey, baseball, gymnastics, track, cross country, dance, horseback riding and soccer, as well as being pulled to football, baseball, basketball and wrestling with her three older brothers, she is quietly a sports expert.
