Jon Willette is the founder and managing partner of 4 Points Asset Management, LLC, the umbrella company of 4 Points Development. Since 2003, Willette has led his team in all aspects of real estate development, including creation and expansion of the site search and selection, underwriting, planning and construction coordination. He is the architect of Our System, taking his extensive experience in the real estate industry and formulating a program that streamlines and improves the real estate development process.
Willette entered the real estate industry in 1995, after being an independent business owner since the late 1980s. Early in his career, he began establishing a record of successful strategies through his understanding of expanding markets, ability to recognizing development opportunities and skillful structuring of real estate deals. Over the next 10 years, he worked with a broad range of companies including ProLogis Trust where he was responsible for over six million square feet of product. Willette’s responsibilities also included the deployment of marketing programs, budgeting, lease negotiations, feasibility studies and project proformas. While working with Massa Realty and Development, he helped develop projects from inception to completion, worked with financial institutions in raising capital and was constantly in contact with current and potential customers. Continually conducting transactions in the real estate market, he is skilled in dealing with the end user and handling all aspects of the project.
Jon served in the Marine Corps and is a Veteran of Operation Desert Storm. Before beginning his career in real estate, he worked in sales as well as the restaurant business. Jon is married to Karen Willette, the Director of Asset Management at 4 Points, and has 3 children, Kathryn, Connor, and Kaitlyn who also works at the company. Something you might not know about him is that he’s a Marine at heart and also loves fishing, bowling, and cooking extravagant meals for his family.
